Core-Lead ConsultantShe is a holder of Master of Science Degree in Social Work; Master of Science Degree in International Relations and Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Political Science; PhD in Social Work in progress. She is an international development consultant with more than 10 years of providing technical services in programme and project evaluation, research, formative studies, baseline studies, capacity building, project design, and project management in a wide range of themes including women empowerment; child protection; gender, social protection; democracy; human rights; conflict resolution; peace building; land rights; public health; disaster management; Agricultural value chain; food security; sustainable agriculture; resilient livelihoods and community development using OECD DAC criteria. She has facilitated project evaluations and researches both internationally and locally. She is a seasoned expert with vast experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation and research techniques with unique mastery of data collection and analysis packages including Kobo collect, ODK, EpiInfo, Excel, SPSS, NVivo, R statistics among others.
Fungisai Linda Murindahabi
Core-Lead ConsultantShe holds a Masters degree in Public Health, Masters degree in International Relations, Honors Degree in Political Science. She is a researcher with vast experience in gathering and analyzing source materials, design research programs, performing in-depth research, and create reports on their findings. She possesses high level experience in supervising other research work as well as advise on research projects to ensure that quality standards and deadlines are met. She is highly skilled at planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research. She has more than 10 years experience in selecting appropriate data and literary sources for research purposes, designing questionnaires and research sub-tasks, conducting experiments, survey sessions, and data collection, analyzing and organizing gathered information, managing and overseeing research done by other researchers, drafting and finalizing research reports. She has worked on different programs thematic issues including women empowerment; public health; human rights; child protection; gender, social disaster management; conflict resolution; peace building; HIV/AIDS.
Tinashe C. Kambarami
Food Security and Agri-Value Chain ExpertA food security specialist/MEAL practitioner with an MSc degree in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture, BSc special Hon in Monitoring and Evaluation and BSc Hons in Food Sciences. He has experience in research, project monitoring and evaluation of health, HIV, DREAMS, OVC, food security, nutrition, child protection, AGYW, SRHR, GBV, gender mainstreaming, women and youth empowerment and WASH programs. Mixed methods researcher and evaluator of development programs. Proficient in Kobo collect, ODK, and survey monkey programming, SMART, DHIS2, OVCMIS, POMIS, and DATIM. Possesses advanced skills and analytical capabilities of quantitative and qualitative data using SPSS, STATA, R and advanced excel – pivot tables.

He is committed to implement improved databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other data related strategies with a successful track record in the utilisation of data visualization tools to optimise statistical efficiency and quality. He has conducted evaluations and researches in different thematic areas including Climate change and Environment, Energy, Housing, Education, Global Health, Higher Education and Research, Micro economics and Public Administration, Global Health and Oil for Development.
Tapiwa Nyasha Sigodho
Research, Monitoring and Evaluation OfficerHe is a research, monitoring and evaluation consultant with professional background in research, project monitoring and evaluation focusing on different wide range of sectors that includes agricultural value chain women and child protection, advocacy and peace building, human rights, women and youth empowerment livelihoods and socio-economic inclusion, youth and women empowerment. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Sociology with significant experience in project/programme monitoring and evaluation (Baselines, Mid-term and Final evaluations), project /programme management using the revised OECD criteria. He possesses vast experience in qualitative and quantitative research techniques with massive experience in field data collection and data analysis and is well vexed in using Kobo Collect, ODK, NVIVO and Excel.
