KKS consultants conduct formative studies, baseline studies, mid line evaluation, end line evaluation, program review and assessment and impact evaluation in a wide range of sectors which includes Child Protection; Social Protection, Gender, Women Empowerment; Youth empowerment; Resilient Livelihoods; Agricultural Value Chain; Sustainable development; food security in order to provide succinct and objective results managing all the program stakeholders’ expectations professionally upholding the specifications under DAC criteria. .
We also further our evaluation expertise into Theory of change tesing. We test, validate and refine the causal logic that links research activities to the desired changes in the actors that a program or project is targeting to change. We provide both quantitative and qualitative data analysis expertise and develop evaluation reports at the end of the evaluation.

Project management
We also provide expertise in the monitoring process of the designed intervention throughout the course of the project life cycle. KKS consultants design monitoring systems for the program or project and helps in the monitoring protocol of the intervention in order o rack progress.

Training and Development
We also further train the project team in the monitoring protocol of the project and implementation of recent evaluation results. We plan, schedule and manage a range of tasks throughout he raining cycle from the initial training analysis and designing of training deliver, follows and evaluation in order for the trainee to automatically become the trainer.
Backstopping support
KKS consultants provide backstopping support to cover gaps in program or project operational capacity during the project life cycle that may have been created by either through delayed recruitment or an other reasons. We provide short term support services to bridge the gap. Monitoring technical expertise will be provided to the project team until the monitoring and evaluation capacity gap is resolved.
